Complete starter pack for new businesses - this includes everything a new business would need to cover the human resources aspect of their business. Key areas covered; employment contracts and recruitment support, policies and procedures in place, (can include training sessions for leadership and staff), induction and training for new and existing staff.

Refresh Package

You have an established business but perhaps very little time has been spent on HR in the past, or maybe you used to have someone that looked after your HR queries but they are busy with other work now.  If you have had a few people issues that were time consuming and stressful this package is for you.  Key areas covered; review of current set up, detailed evaluation, followed by implementation and continued support.

Maintenance Package

You have a business that has HR policies and procedures in place, but perhaps you can never find time to look at your people strategy, or when you have a question is takes ages for you to find the answer.  Key areas covered; review your current set up, and then provide annual support in people planning, supporting with implementation, roll out and follow up.  This can also include telephony or face to face support with HR issues.

All of our staff are fully CIPD qualified with full membership. They also hold coaching qualifications with ILM and all staff conduct annual refreshers in employment law to ensure their knowledge is always up to date and relevant.

Review of current policies and procedures in place, either suggestions on improvements to be made and then implemented.  Policies can be provided to ensure relevant and in line with your business and ensure there are no gaps that could cause you issues later down the line.
Specific HR Concerns
This is support with any queries or issues that may have come up with your staff, it could be before, during or after any conversations that you have, we will provide you with any useful documents that could help you and then provide generalist HR support.
Performance Management
This will review your current set up for performance management, not just for under performance but also for staff that are excelling in role.  We can help create objectives, and then put in place an annual review cycle, as well as policies to support performance management.
Recruitment
This can support you with utilising LinkedIn and other routes to find the perfect candidate, creating role profiles, written statement of employment particulars, employment contracts, leading to induction and probationary periods.
Learning and Development
This includes training plans and inductions, learning journeys, personal development plans, talent management and succession planning, we can also support with creating or finding the perfect training programme for your teams.
People Strategies and Engagement
This will include helping you to create a people plan that suits your business and your people, in can be done with your senior staff or even your teams on the ground.  Once created we support you with the implementation and measure it as well.
